Natalie Frith Tutorials Terms and Conditions
Natalie Frith Tutorials (‘NFT’) undertakes tuition on the following general terms and conditions:
1) Tuition is carried out in three formats. Small groups at a fee of £33 per pupil. Joint teaching at a fee of £42 per pupil and one-to-ones at a fee of £60 per pupil. In addition, assessments can be carried out at a cost of £100 per pupil, which will include a parent review meeting and a written report. All these fees are based on one hour of tuition.
2) Group fees are invoiced each term and are payable in advance of the first lesson. Joint fees and one-on-ones are invoiced monthly and are payable by the first of the month.
3) The two main group lessons are a Foundation course for year 4 pupils based on one hour per week in term time and an 11+ course for year 5 pupils based on a two-hour lesson each week in term time. In addition, dependent on demand, a year 6 Common Entrance course in the autumn term.
4) For those pupils on a one-to-one slot (and joint lessons) the day and time is guaranteed for the term. It is expected that the slot will be utilized each week, subject to sickness where a minimum of 24 hour’s notice is required. Any late cancellations will be charged as it will be impossible to fill the slot. However, we wish to be flexible and very occasionally a cancellation will be accepted (other than for health-related matters) provided that this facility is not overused.
5) No refunds will be given for cancellation of group lessons, although an extra lesson will be programmed in at the end of each term (at no cost), for any pupil who didn’t attend one or more lessons in the term. Short-term attendance to another group does not work and can be disruptive to the original group.
6) In the event of a cancellation by NFT, an acceptable replacement lesson will be agreed with the parent or guardian, or a refund will be made.
7) NFT offers 11 Plus mock exams and courses throughout the Year 5 course. These are priced per programme and are payable at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
